Through the Light Up A Life program with VIA Health Partners, we make charitable donations in memory of clients and their loved ones. These tributes support hospice and palliative care throughout the Charlotte community, while offering a meaningful way to honor those who have passed.

During the holiday season, these tributes are honored through symbolic gestures such as Remembrance Tree lights and personalized keepsakes—quiet but meaningful ways to reflect, remember, and give back.
